Punch files are securely uploaded for parsing and the original files are not retained server-side by default. LexWorks stores workspace-scoped normalized source evidence, reconstructed shifts, findings, review decisions, assumptions, and snapshot metadata so the review can be reproduced.
1. Upload files

2. Confirm mapping
Source fields are auto-detectedRequired mapping fields: Employee ID, Employee Name, Work Date, Clock In, Clock Out, Meal Out, Meal In, and Location.
Current mapping: source fields are auto-normalized on import. Non-punch rows are separated from punch reconstruction and shown for attorney review.

- Review import quality, context/non-punch rows excluded from reconstruction, and unresolved source rows.
- Use the review queue to verify the detected punch-derived findings for each shift with a potential meal-period issue.
